Entering into university not equals to having the key to the success coffer, for there is so much elastic space between ideality and reality for you to accept. I expect none of you to be decadence, emptiness or identify with the disguised eccentric. They are all excuses of those vacuous people. But I expect all of you to learn to believe, to believe goodliness, to believe youth, to believe your faith, and to believe the elapsing of time as well.
As for study, every subject of knowledge is important. And you should bear an aim in mind when you study. Any knowledge combines inspiration will generate an idea for originality, a chance for fortune, and a drive for innovation. You should cultivate your sensible cognition too. For it is the so-called short cut to practice your comprehension and expression ability.
Set up a long-range object and a great prospect. Please remember when look up to the sky, never forgetting to look down your footprint you have left behind.
Never inhibit your tears when you want to cry. But after crying, please do crushing a smile to tell yourself that everything will be ok.
Learn to get along with others amicably. Never doubt the authenticity of friendship when somebody hurt you unintentionally. Learn to tolerate and forgive as well.
University is not the end of struggle, but another new scratch line for your life course. I believe all of you will run the best achievement through your college race. I believe all of you on the tower of ivory will bear the important history task in mind. I believe all of you will conquer hardships with your youthful spirit. I believe all of you will flatten frustrations with your optimistic attitudes.
At last, be guileless, virtuous, optimistic and be your self.
